Shipping Policy

For general shipping, orders are processed and verified within 3-5 business days, with an additional 10-17 business days for delivery. Skateboards, bags, shoes, and accessories may be shipped separately.
For international orders, shipping times vary from verification within 3-5 business to 17-20 business days.
Shipping rates vary overseas from $10 for the contiguous 48 U.S. states, $25 for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and $25 for Canada with a Canadian surcharge for estimated duty, fee, and processing expenses. For Mexico, the shipping rate is $35 with a Mexican Surcharge to cover VAT and Duty.
Furstogeton does not allow cancellations once an order has been placed, and all orders are final.

Return & Exchange Policy

For returns, items must be returned within 9 days of purchase, and they must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. However, certain items such as T-Shirts, Hats, Skateboards, Bags, Accessories, Shoes, or Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
